We operate a SAME DAY DISPATCH service on all orders. Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. You can change your mind about a purchase in the first 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and suitable condition for resale. You must notify us within the 14 day period that you want a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any agreed items for a refund (or exchange) must be sent back to the returns address at CBDocs, Inkjec House, Deepdale Mill Street, Preston PR1 5BY within 7 consecutive days after notifying CBDocs of your request for a refund, if this falls towards the end of the 14 day cooling-off period.

Example: If customer contacts CBDocs on day 12 (after receipt of purchase) and asks for a refund. Customer will have 7 days from this point to ensure items have been returned to CBDocs Returns Office.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items can be refunded, though if the sale price has reduced further since your purchase. This will be the amount that you will receive as a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items bought from the if they are defective or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt of purchase to inform us about a defect or fault in your product.
